First and forthmost, we prefer that applicants are at least somewhat familiar
with the use of our GalaxyNet IRC system, as well as basic (and advanced)
services commands and usage. It is important to understand that this does
not give you channel operator access, however, it can possibly lead there.
If you think you are operator calibre, you are encouraged to become a
Helper to unleash your potential. Showing a willingness to help other
users is a quality we are always looking for.
We will only consider applicants who have registered nicks with NickServ
